ripples upon a mirrored surface
shatter the truth with your reflection
chaos breaking from the inside
an explosion of all sorts
a release from a shaken bottle
trapped in a world of glass
hidden by my mind
pain predicted only by the playing cards lying in my hands
ripples upon an iris
shadows in the eyes
a river flooded with lies hidden just under the surface
a pendulum swings with waves of emotions
a ripple caused a wave
an unsettled sea
an unsure shadow
repent from the ocean tide
walk away before it drags you back in
the waves are reaching above your head
you're in too deep
no more breath to entake
the water surrounds and engulfs
drown in your own waves of lies
with ripples of truth
